The Test is the second in a series of three workbooks based on the book entitled Freedom To Change. The Test is designed to keep you on your True Path in life and help you follow your True or Higher Self. Freedom To Change introduces you to special type of mentoring called Self-Coaching, a concept where you are encouraged to become your own mentor and evaluate your behaviors, goals, and aspirations. This workbook is about understanding where you are in your life right now, figuring out where you want to go, and understanding why you want to go there. It is a test, a test that looks at how you respond to the challenge you have given yourself. We are continually tested in life. Other people, situations, and even our hopes and dreams are a test. We are endlessly tested in relationships and day-to-day life. You can choose to ignore any test, procrastinate, pretend to do your best, or go at it with all you have. It’s all about character and how you choose to live your day-to-day life. And character is a test too. Life is a test and you take it all the time, whether you agree to or not. The Test contains 31 exercises with space provided between exercises for journaling designed to help guide you, day-by-day, toward a better and more meaningful life. It can be used as a continuation of the first workbook in this series, entitled The Experience, or on its own.
